Venice Santa Lucia
🚤 Water Taxi – With Meet & Greet
On arrival: an assistant will meet you directly at your platform and escort you to your private water taxi waiting outside the station. In just 10–15 minutes, you will reach the hotel’s private dock, a few steps from the main entrance, where our bellboy will assist with your luggage.
On departure: your water taxi will meet you at the hotel’s dock and take you directly to Santa Lucia Station, escorting you to the main entrance.

Mestre FS
🚘 NCC Private Car/Minivan
On arrival: your driver will meet you outside the station and accompany you to San Basilio. You will then be welcomed by the hotel porter and, after a short 5-minute walk, reach Palazzo Veneziano, escorted all the way to reception.
On departure: the hotel porter will accompany you from the lobby to San Basilio, where you will meet your driver for a 20-minute car ride to Mestre FS, with drop-off right in front of the station.
